Phase 4 has five steps. The first three — Setup, Story File Construction, and Gap Management — are the operational core. The last two — Fidelity Review and Decision Log Closure — certify that the phase is complete.

Verify fidelity to the Problem Statement and Solution Brief in both vertical and horizontal dimensions.

Step 5. Decision Log closure and Market Phase preparation

Consolidate Decision Logs from all tracks and prepare the Context Document for Market Phase.
